Northcote High School is a large, vibrant and highly successful co-educational school. Since it was established in 1926, the school now holds over 1,800 students. The school teaches students from years seven through to twelve.

Northcote Primary School

Northcote Primary School was the first state school in the suburb, opening in May 1874. It's history surpasses 135 years of teaching. The school teaches students from years seven through to twelve and has a current population of 1,849 students.
