As the year draws to a close, we’d like to take a moment to wish all of our clients, partners and supporters a very Merry Christmas and a safe, relaxing holiday season.
2025 has been a wonderful year for Crest Property Investments. We’ve had the privilege of helping so many buyers secure brand-new and off-the-plan properties across Melbourne and beyond, supporting first-home buyers, investors and families as they take important steps toward building long-term wealth through property. We are incredibly grateful for the trust our clients place in us and for the referrals, conversations and relationships that continue to grow our business.
Reflecting on a Strong Year
This year reinforced why we do what we do. From sourcing quality house and land packages to identifying boutique townhouse and apartment opportunities, our focus has always been on guiding buyers with clarity, education and confidence.
Despite a shifting market, there have been standout opportunities for buyers who were prepared and well-advised and that theme continues as we move into the new year.
Christmas Closure Dates
Please note that Crest Property Investments will be closed from Thursday 19 December through to Monday 12 January as our team takes a short break to recharge and spend time with family.
That said, property doesn’t always pause and neither do opportunities. If you’re considering purchasing and would like to schedule a private consultation with one of our property advisers, we encourage you to call us directly to arrange a time. We’re happy to support serious buyers where possible during this period.
We’re heading into 2026 with genuine optimism. There are a number of opportunities already emerging for buyers and investors, particularly in growth corridors and select metro and regional markets.
With interest rate expectations stabilising, strong population growth, and continued demand for quality housing, the new year is shaping up to be a fresh chapter for informed buyers who take a strategic, long-term view.
